If you're on leave (parental, study, leave without pay, etc), and are still currently employed by your VPS employer, you are still eligible to access the JSE.
Before you go on leave
We highly recommend adding your personal email address to the JSE to ensure you can still recover your password and receive communication from the JSE while you're away.
- Click on 'My Account' from the JSE's menu bar
- Select 'Account settings'
In that page,
- add your personal email to the list
- tick the 'Set as preferred email' checkbox
I'm already on leave, and I didn't update my email address.
You may be able to access your work email through the web from https://portal.office.com/ . Try going there and logging in with your work credentials. If that works, you can get the password reset email from the JSE. Please note all JSE communications are sent to your preferred email address on your JSE account. (If you require any support on accessing your work email remotely, we suggest you contact your IT support team).
I’m not able to access my work email remotely
To help prevent identity theft, we need to know that this person with a personal email address is the same person who is on leave. Please contact your manager or HR Team and ask them to email us at jse@vpsc.vic.gov.au to confirm your employment and your personal email address. Once we have confirmation from your employer, we can then add your personal email address to your JSE account.
You can contact our friendly support team at any time if you have any questions: jse@vpsc.vic.gov.au
