A hiring manager will have access to a form that replicates the information contained in the JSE Member Profile. This form can be used to identify those fields that are most important for the role they are advertising. This can be a combination of current VPS level (or equivalent), qualifications, readiness to move and/or identifying JSE members that have indicated they have aspirations to work in a certain field or department. Employee contact details cannot be used as criteria for Targeted Alerts.
