The JSE team will work with HR teams across the VPS to ensure the timely and accurate dissemination of messaging and communications regarding JSE policy developments and updates. This will include:
Information briefing sessions
Communication packs, including tailored communications packs specifically for agencies
An inter-departmental committee (IDC) has been established to support the JSE’s design, operations and performance.
The JSE meets regularly with HR employees to inform the JSE design and operating model.
The JSE HR and Recruitment Forum (Community of Practice) has been established on the Public Sector Innovation Network. This group is for HR practitioners who have a direct interest in the development of the JSE. You can use this to discuss issues and share information with each other and the JSE team. The JSE will provide updates on its program of work.
