Log in to the Jobs and Skills Exchange (JSE)
Use the menu at the top of the screen to navigate to Account settings. You can find it under My account.
Navigate to Add, remove or edit emails.
Here you can:
- add another email to your account
- delete an existing email from your account
- edit an existing email and save the changes
- choose your preferred email - we'll send all communications here.
You can have multiple email addresses associated with your JSE account.
You can add work emails as well as personal emails.
With only a few exceptions, one of the email addresses in your account must be a valid VPS email account.
Whenever you add a new email to your account, you'll need to verify it. We'll send you email with a verification link. If you don't get this email in a few minutes, click "Resend verification email" in your profile, and a new email will be sent.
Remember, whenever you make changes to your emails you must click Save.
The JSE will then send you an email with a verification link in it. This is to make sure that the email you've entered is actually yours. If you don't get this email in a few minutes, click Resend verification, check your spam folder or search in your email account for 'firstname.lastname@example.org'
