The information captured in a member profile can be used to enhance the accuracy of JSE job alerts, matching existing skills with demand.
It will also seek to make recruitment a two-way process, whereby hiring managers can be made aware of the number of members who might be suitable for the role they’re looking to fill and issue notifications to those potential candidates.
When a role is advertised, hiring managers can request that notifications be sent to JSE members with profiles that match certain criteria. The matched JSE members may then elect to apply for the role. HR/hiring managers will only be able to see the number of profiles that match search criteria and not individual profiles.
