You can create separate folders in Springboard for applications received through the Jobs and Skills Exchange (JSE) and external websites via a workflow.
JSE-eligible candidates must be assessed using the Robust Assessment Guidelines first, before assessing candidates who applied externally. If, during screening, JSE-eligible candidates are identified in the external applications, they can be moved to the JSE group for priority consideration (where reasonably practicable).
If a JSE-eligible applicant advises the hiring manager that they have applied externally, they should be moved to the JSE group if it is reasonably practicable to do so. This is at the hiring manager’s discretion.
