Springboard only identifies applications received through the JSE jobs board as JSE applications.
If JSE-eligible applicants apply on external jobs boards, Springboard is not able to automatically identify them as JSE applicants.
Any JSE-eligible employees (current and former employees and other eligible categories) are encouraged to apply for jobs through the JSE. Should a JSE-eligible applicant apply on an external jobs board, they should notify the hiring manager as soon as possible. The hiring manager has discretion to include them for priority consideration, where it is reasonably practicable for them to do so.
While hiring managers and recruiters will make a good faith attempt to identify JSE-eligible applicants if they apply via an external jobs board, priority consideration cannot be guaranteed.
