How will the Jobs and Skills Exchange team support HR and recruitment teams?

The Jobs and Skills Exchange (JSE) team will work with HR and recruitment teams across the Victorian Public Service (VPS) to ensure the timely and accurate dissemination of messaging and communications regarding JSE Recruitment Policy (JSE Policy) developments and updates. This will include:
Information briefing sessions
Communication packs, including tailored communications packs specifically for agencies Workplace posters
Email content
The Human Resource Directors’ Committee (HRDC) supports the JSE’s design, operations and performance.
The JSE meets regularly with HR employees and recruitment managers to seek feedback which informs the JSE design and operating model.
The JSE HR and Recruitment Forum (Community of Practice)has been established on the Public Sector Innovation Network. This group is for HR practitioners who have a direct interest in the development of the JSE. You can use this to discuss issues and share information with each other and the JSE team. The JSE will provide updates on its program of work.
