Do newly created short-term vacancies (of less than six months) need to be advertised on the JSE?

If a new short-term position (including a role of less than six months duration) is created, it must be advertised on the JSE for five business days and one weekend.
If an existing employee permanently leaves a position (e.g. resigns), and a decision is made to fill the newly arisen vacancy, this vacancy should be advertised through the JSE (regardless of its duration).
