Redeployees have priority access to be placed in vacancies that occur within the public service at their classification level and below unless they are determined to be unsuitable for that role.
Where a vacancy exists and a redeployee is determined to be suitable, and they are the only candidate or the best candidate amongst several redeployees and meets 70% of the requirements of the role, an offer will be made.
