Yes. Clause 33 of the JSE policy provides that employees who cease employment and have JSE access provided by clauses 30, 31 and/or 32 are JSE-eligible applicants for the purpose of clause 25.
If a job is advertised externally in the first instance and an applicant with extended access applies on an external jobs board, are they considered to be a JSE-eligible applicant? Do I need to include them for priority consideration?
